i can’t remember the last time i made peanut butter cookies. the only recipe i’ve ever used makes a chewy/bendy cookie. these (at least for me) came out more buttery/crumbly. but…i bought all-natural peanut butter before reading the recipe (that advises against using all-natural peanut butter). and i didn’t use nutmeg or chopped peanuts. anyway, i have enough baked cookies and leftover dough to keep me in crisscrosses for weeks.
